Inhaling Love

~ Affirmation ~

~ Today I breathe LOVE into US ~ I am comforted by thoughts of US past, present, and future ~ I exhale LOVE out of US ~

Ali ~ From this day forth I commit to bringing my full Self into our relationship.  I will not hold back - I am ME, authentic, available, and loving. 

I think higher and deeper - I extend out my hand to you my beloved every morning and every night.

Michael ~ My love, as we are separated by distance it is easy to feel distant and apart and I don't like that, as I am sure you don't either.  However, we have tools and power.  We can consciously control our thinking and when I direct my thoughts I also effect my emotions.  So this is what I do and when I direct my thoughts within myself, get quiet, open my heart, and control my breathing, I then direct my thoughts and emotions toward you and US.  I inquire into you, I desire to see you in my minds eye and I see your smile, feel your love and desire for me and US.  I then breathe my love into you, sending you my love energy and vibrations of desire.  This makes me feel close to you actually connected to you in this very moment.  I inquire into how I can help you to fee my love desires and happiness with you and this makes me feel even closer with you.  My desire to be with you, caress your body, mind, and heart is growing with every breath.  I want you to know this!  I love US and feel there is no thing in between US.  For in the beginning I want to love and be loved by you and in the end I want to feel the love I have for you and you for me.  I am proud to be your man and you my love.  I see you and care so much for you and your desires.

Michael ~ I awake this morning in contemplation of you and US my love.  And I find myself enjoying the thoughts and energy of you.  Your clarity and commitment to US.  I love being able to trust you fully as my deepest closest relation here and desire to match that for you!  I can't believe I allowed myself to be so distracted for so long.  But no longer will I allow such things in between US.

Ali ~ Good morning my love.  As I ponder today's affirmation my mind is filled with thoughts of you throughout the years - of how much you have given me.  You are such a generous soul and not only to me but to so many people.  You are a light and loved by many.

I appreciate your commitment to our financial well-being.  Throughout our relationship you have always maintained focus on our financial security and I admire and thank you.  I am focused on ways I can allow a greater cash flow into our lives.

I love, cherish, admire, appreciate, and value you Michael ~ It is my wish that you enjoy life and that you experience a deep sense of peace and well-being in all that you do and in all that you are.  I accept happiness and joy for you and know that as your cup is filled, that your abundance will add to mine.

Michael ~ Ali my love, Life the divine energy that Is, is a gift and it has been given!  For that is what it does.  It gives everything because it is so giving, that is It's nature - love, life, energy.  Reality is Love.

Right here and now I realize Love, I accept it and allow it to flow through me and as me.

Realizing Love with my very breath, I breathe love.  I breathe love into life.  I breathe love into you.  I breathe love into US.

I recognize you in life.  I see you ~ I love you ~ I honor your place in the world.  I am so blessed to have such a wonderful life partner, lover, friend, and wife.  I am so happy we have found one another and get to share life together.

Touching you is the main reason I get out of bed.  It feels so good to love you and make love with you.

Ali ~ Yummy way to wake up!  Reading your words this morning and hearing your adoration - I love that you speak words of the heart.  Your words awaken in me the longing to hold you - to breathe close to you in our secret garden...

Life is a gift I receive anew everyday.  The present moment is where I realize the gift, but only when I have the eyes to see it.  Today I keep my eyes open to the gifts that present themselves just for me.  I make my life a sacred experience by seeing through sacred eyes - I spiritual-eyes life.  I bring magic into our relationship with each thought I think, every move I make, and all words I utter.  This is how IT works, what IT does, and how I use IT!

Ali ~ Gently and easily I open up my heart and my body to feel the presence of love.  I breathe in love.  I exhale love.  I circulate love with each breath I take and it feels so good.

My love flows out to find you beloved.  It finds you and lingers.  My love smells like a rose garden ~ the secret garden of my soul.  I will wait for you there...

Michael ~ Our love is alive because love is the life that we are and we are consciously aware of it.  Being consciously aware of this we breathe love into existence through our receptivity of it and our willingness to breathe love into us.

Right here and now I open my heart and mind and I breathe love into US.

No thing in between US.
